Today we had our first lunch with our YR buddies. As you can see we had a great time! We have been learning about BIDMAS and how to use the order of operations (BIDMAS) to solve calculations.
GOOD USE OF THIS LEARNING GEM:We visited the burial mounds where we added photos of some of the unearthed artefacts. In the exhibition we dressed up as Anglo-Saxons, played a game, felt the weight of a sword and shield and watched some videos. We used clay to make our pots. Blending made the pots smooth. some of us scratched designs into our pots. Pots were sometimes used as urns. Our finished PotsOnce we were back at school we decorated our pots. |
