Tasting the 5 dips: Salsa, Guacamole, Humous, Sour Cream and Chive and Cheese, helped us decide which dip we might like to make ourselves. Mrs Matthews was so proud of us because we were all so sensible and willing to try all the dips and made sure that we used a sharp knife carefully and safely. A great start to a new Design Technology project.
Today in Year 3 we have started our new unit on Dips and Dippers. We discussed different types of dip and dippers and tasted 5 different types of dips, using nachos and carrot sticks that we cut up ourselves.
