After receiving a letter from the Happy Ever After police to say the big bad wolf had gone missing we made our own wanted posters to help the police find it. It so happened that the following day Mrs Stagg found him hiding on the bushes near the field so we brought him in to be questioned (luckily he was handcuffed!). The children asked him questions like 'Why did you eat grandma?' 'How did you escape from prison?' We then wrote letters to Little Red Riding Hood pretending to be the wolf. We told her how sorry we were and that we would never do it again!
We also began making our model castles this week. The children were busy cutting and sticking using lots of new skills to join the different parts of the castle together. We are going to save our final products to show you at our class assembly.
