Today was a great day! A day of learning and lots of fun. At 9.30 we got onto our coach ready to head for Ipswich. Over the Orwell bridge we spotted the river and lots of boats. Into Ipswich past buildings galore, many some of us had not seen before. By 10 o'clock we were at the park heading for the big door leading into Christchurch Mansion.
We were met by our guide 'Wendy' at the door, she led us up the stairs to the education room. In two groups we had a chance to look at and play with many old toys and discover the difference between modern toys and toys from the past.
After lunch we walked up to the adventure playground. GREAT FUN!!
A huge thank you Isla & Oria's dad, Cameron's mum, Alexander's mum, Sophia's mum, Verity's mum and Rosie's mum for coming and helping us all.
