After Mr Childs told us all where we were sleeping, our first challenge was to make our own beds!!

​Year 5 arrived at Thorpe Woodlands at 10.30 am and all very excited about their new home. Everyone has managed to make a bed and even tangled their way out of a quilt cover ! Everyone was impressed with the fabulous lunch and can smell the curry cooking for tea !! Each group has achieved their first team building activity and have now set off to do canoeing, archery, caving and wall climbing !! The weather is fantastic and everyone has had a great first day !!! Photos to follow on the blog !!

10pm and I have finally packed & have enough snacks to last me about three weeks!!!!

I know that many children and parents may be very excited or very nervous about leaving in the morning.
I would like to reassure everyone, we will have a FABULOUS time.......

When we arrive, I will phone through to the school and a message will be sent out to say we have arrived safely. At the end of each day, we will add pictures to our blog, so you can find out and see the fun we are all having... The internet is not that good at Thorpewoodlands, so please be patient as we upload and update as often as we can.....
