Trimley St Martin took two teams to take part in the football competition arranged by Mr Rowden and the Felixstowe Rotary Club. Both teams played with skill, team work and great effort. Both our A and B teams competed against each other in the semi finals and our Team B succeeded in gaining their place in the final!!! Team A and Team B came home with semi-final medals and second place trophies. Well done Team TSM!! 5 teams of 3 boys and 3 girls travelled to Langer Academy yesterday to take part in the annual Paarlauf competition. Paarlauf was first introduced to Trimley St Martin Primary school by Mrs Maynard (our PE lead before Mrs Ross took over in 1998) after she had seen the race while on holiday in the Netherlands. Paarlauf was then introduced to the other Felixstowe schools and it became an annual inter-school competition ever since. Paarlauf is a continuous relay race over a specified time where runs are counted and the team with the most runs is the winner. This year we say well done and congratulations to SET Felix who ran the most runs and won the 2022 Paarlauf competition. tsm experienced their very own "strictly come dancing" training this week!A huge thank you to Molly for sharing and training us this week in all aspects "Strictly"!!!!
