Having made a commitment to develop the sport provision across the school and achieving the Sports For Schools SILVER award, and towards the teaching of French (Linguamark - Bronze) the school is now looking to develop its provision for arts and culture. This covers art, drama, music lesson as well as other cultural activities that we do here in the school.
As a school, we are aiming firstly to achieve the silver level within the next few years by ensuring we continue to build on the provision we already have in place whilst ensuring that create further areas to celebrate the arts and expose children to more opportunities connected to it. We already do a number of things that contribute towards achieving a silver mark. We intend to do more of them and to involve as many children as possible. We are hoping to run arts clubs in the future and would be grateful if there are any 'arty' people out there that would love to come along as support these clubs.
