The stage was set, the audience were ready and with every true performer - Hughes Class made the audience wait! The anticipation built and built and finally the audience were treated to an excellent class assembly.
The children shared the work they have completed across the year and showed the whole school that Early Year is not just about 'play' - its about 'learning'.
The audience loved it and really learnt a lot about what goes on in Early Years.
Greta (Yr6) said that she learnt about the fact that play is a brilliant way for children to learn.
Fin (Yr4) really enjoyed the maths part of the assembly.
