Branson had lots of fun this week. We were lucky enough to receive a visit from a team from Barclays Digital Eagles who taught us a lot about coding.
We were each given a booklet and had the opportunity to learn about scripts and how to make them. The aim was to make a game using Scratch (which many of us managed to achieve!). We had to create the scripts using the blocks. Some of them didn't work properly so we had to do a little of bug fixing as well! We also learnt about how to create variables to include in our scripts, something that Miss Winton couldn't get the hang of!
Branson would like to say a big thank you to Tom, Ben and Simon as well - we really enjoyed it!
