Thank you for helping us cook Alex and Mrs Riushbrooke!
For this weeks cooking session, in keeping with the story of Aladdin, we made 'Cheesy snakes'. However we think our snakes looked a lot friendlier than the evil snake, Jafar in the story! Thank you for helping us cook Alex and Mrs Riushbrooke!

For our cooking session this week, and in keeping with our learning of the story Aladdin ,we have made 'Magic gem cookies'. We mixed up all the ingredients in a big bowl and were then given a ball of dough each. We then had to make them into cookie shapes....and then the best bit....add the 'gems' on top!
Whilst they were cooking in the oven the cookies filled the classroom with a very scrummy smell, and with the pouring rain coming down outside, it felt rather cosy in Hughes classroom this afternoon! Once again, thank you to Alex and Mrs Rushbrooke for helping us cook today. *Apologies that there are not many photos...we have had a rather busy afternoon! To tie in with our Disney topic, and learning about the story of 'Aladdin', in this weeks cooking session, we have made magic carpet pizzas!
Topped with cheese, tomato, ham and pineapple. We think they look rather yummy!.... Thank you to Mrs Rushbrooke and Alex for helping us cook today! This morning, we were all rather excited to go outside with Mr Childs for our first 'TSM Wildwood' session. We had lots of fun searching for bugs, looking in the pond, soring seeds, watering plants, having a swing on the hammock and lots more!.....
