Firstly, I hope you all had a lovely half term. Yesterday morning the children were all very eager to share with each other some of the exciting things they had been up to.
It was lovely to see all their smiley faces coming in yesterday.....considering they had all just had a week away from school... I was really impressed with how well they came in.......they have definitely settled into school life now....so WELL DONE HUGHES CLASS!
Thank-you to those of you who were able to find some time to read with your child and/or do their sound folders and orange books - it really does help them along!
And finally, a quick reminder. As the weather is (unfortunately) getting colder,could you please ensure that your child brings a coat to school. We insist that the children wear their coats when they are in the reception garden, and also when they go out to play at lunchtimes.
