First of all, we would like to welcome you back to school, and can you believe it........the children's last term in Reception!
This morning, we had 8 rather cute, fluffy chicks brought into the classroom. We will be babysitting or chick-sitting) them for a few days before they visit other classes, and eventually setting up a permanent residency in the TSM Wildwood on the school field.
This afternoon, we had the chance to hold them....we had to be very gentle with them and not make too much noise so as not to frighten them. We all made sure we washed our hands with lots of soap afterwards!....
